Professional ceramic tile cutter with a single steel guide rail, designed for precision work on materials up to 20 mm thick. The model features a dual breaking system and a YG6X tungsten carbide blade.
The single guide rail system keeps the cutting wheel stable while scoring. This design eliminates play and vibration, which translates into a straight cut and precise, repeatable results.
YG6X tungsten carbide has a hardness above 90 HRA and is highly resistant to abrasion. The material keeps its cutting edge sharp when cutting ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware and terracotta, which extends the intervals between blade changes.
Two independent breakers handle tiles of varying thickness up to 20 mm. The design allows precise snapping along the score line without cracking the material outside the intended area.
The base has two hinged sections that make it easier to break hard tiles by increasing the pressure applied at the support points. The metal construction provides rigidity when breaking thick materials.

Before cutting, check the tile thickness – the maximum is 20 mm. The cutting length is limited to 630 mm, which covers most standard wall and floor tile formats. The tool is intended for ceramic materials only – do not use it to cut natural stone or toughened glass.
Before starting work, check that the tool sits securely on a level surface and inspect the blade. Place the tile on the base, align it with the scale, then run the blade along the cutting line with even pressure. Once the tile surface has been scored, use the breaker, applying force perpendicular to the cutting line.
The accurate millimetre scale makes it easy to set the cutting width precisely – marking the line with a pencil before scoring is recommended. The tool's weight of 13.3 kg keeps it stable during work, but requires suitable space for setup and storage.
Maintenance involves regularly cleaning ceramic dust from the guide rail and checking the condition of the blade. YG6X tungsten carbide retains its working properties for a long time, but may need replacing under intensive use. Protect the metal platforms from corrosion by avoiding contact with moisture during storage.
