Features of the spiral mixing paddle
Three-spiral paddle design
Three spirals arranged around the central shaft increase the working surface and speed up the mixing process. This design prevents the material from clogging and ensures the ingredients are distributed evenly throughout the mix.
Corrosion-resistant galvanised steel
Electrolytic galvanising protects the steel surface against moisture and the chemical components of mortars. The zinc coating extends the service life of the tool under intensive use in a building environment.
M14 thread for mixers and drills

Use and maintenance
Fitting the paddle
Before fitting, check that the drive unit (mixer or drill) has an M14 thread or an adapter with this thread. Screw the paddle in by hand until it is tight, then tighten it with a spanner. Check that the connection remains secure during use.
Mixing technique
Lower the paddle into the material before starting the drive unit. While mixing, make slow vertical and circular movements to cover the whole volume of material. The rotational speed should be matched to the viscosity of the substance being mixed – typically 400-600 rpm for building mortars.
Cleaning after use
Clean the paddle immediately after finishing work, before the material has time to set. Cement mortars are removed mechanically or by soaking in water, while gypsum mortars require prompt rinsing with water. Once dry, check the condition of the galvanised coating.
