A turbo diamond blade with a continuous rim, designed for cutting concrete, brick and stone materials. The turbo design delivers a smoother cut than segmented blades thanks to continuous contact with the material.
A continuous rim with turbo slots combines the advantages of continuous blades (smooth cutting) with the efficiency of segmented blades. The slots dissipate heat and dust, preventing overheating during intensive work.
A higher diamond content in the layer extends blade life and maintains a consistent cutting speed even in hard building materials.
A durable core provides stability at high speeds, minimising vibration and the risk of blade deformation under load.
The thickness of the diamond layer determines how far the blade can be worn before replacement. 8 mm is the standard for professional blades, ensuring a long service life.
| Model | GEKO G00265 |
| Outer diameter | 300 mm |
| Mounting bore diameter | 32 mm |
| Diamond depth | 8 mm |
| Rim type | Continuous turbo |
| Core material | Reinforced steel |
| Application | Concrete, brick, hollow blocks, stone materials |
A 300 mm blade with a 32 mm bore fits bench saws, large angle grinders (with a suitable adapter) and concrete cut-off saws. Before fitting, check the maximum permitted blade diameter in the machine's manual and whether reducing rings are available if the spindle bore is smaller than 32 mm.
Before first use, dress the blade by making a few cuts in a soft material (such as calcium silicate brick) without applying excessive pressure. This exposes the diamond grains and prepares the blade for work.
During cutting, maintain steady, moderate pressure. Applying too much pressure causes overheating and premature wear of the diamond layer, while too little results in polishing rather than cutting. If cutting performance drops, the blade can be re-dressed by cutting an abrasive material (such as a grinding stone or old clinker brick).
The blade requires water cooling during intensive use or when cutting hard materials. Dry cutting is possible in short cycles with breaks to cool down. Check the condition of the diamond layer and core regularly – cracks or deformation mean the blade must not be used any further.
