TVARDY Work Trousers, Size XL
Work trousers made from a cotton and polyester blend, designed for intensive work in varied conditions. Reinforced construction at critical points and an extensive pocket system.
Features
TC 65/35 fabric
A blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton strikes a balance between durability and comfort. The polyester provides tear resistance and quick drying, while the cotton adds breathability and moisture absorption. At 267 g/m² the fabric is medium-heavy, resistant to abrasion yet still flexible.
Reinforced construction
Extra layers of fabric at the knees and pockets protect against punctures and premature wear at the points of greatest stress. Triple stitching at critical points removes the risk of seams splitting under intensive use or sudden movement.
9-pocket system
The extensive layout includes a dedicated phone pocket sized to take devices up to 6.5 inches, 6 pockets with hook-and-loop fastening that stops tools falling out, a key loop and a hammer loop. Pocket placement takes into account the ergonomics of working both standing and kneeling.
Adjustment and fit
The button adjustment system at the waist allows the width to be altered by several centimetres without a belt. A useful solution where working conditions vary and additional layers of clothing are worn. A name tag inside allows the trousers to be labelled in team working environments.

How to choose your size
Measurement A (waist) is taken at the narrowest point of the waist. Measurement B (hips) is taken at the widest point of the seat. Measurement C is the user's height. For the best fit, the waist circumference should equal your actual waist measurement plus 4-6 cm of ease for movement and a layer of underwear.

Use and care
Before first use, washing at 30°C is recommended to remove excess dye and soften the fibres. The TC 65/35 fabric should be washed at temperatures up to 60°C, without bleaching agents. The polyester content shortens drying time and reduces creasing, which minimises the need for ironing.
The knee reinforcements may take longer to dry because of the double layer of fabric. Hook-and-loop fastenings should be closed before washing to prevent fibres catching and the fastening losing its grip. The triple stitching holds its integrity even after repeated washing cycles under industrial conditions.
