A mechanical puller with adjustable leg spread, designed for the safe removal of rolling bearings, gears and other components mounted on shafts. The two-leg design ensures an even distribution of force during pulling.
Stepless spread adjustment allows the puller to be matched to different bearing and component diameters. The adjustment range allows work with components with a maximum spread of 45 mm.
Side locking screws stabilise the set leg spread during use. This prevents the legs from shifting uncontrolled under the pulling force, which increases both the safety and the precision of removal.
This parameter defines the maximum depth the legs can reach from the bearing point of the centre screw. It allows the removal of bearings seated deeper on a shaft or in hard-to-reach places.
Manufactured from high-grade steel, it provides the mechanical strength required to withstand the forces generated during pulling. The material resists deformation under load.

Before choosing a puller, measure the outer diameter of the bearing (outer ring) – it must be 38 mm or less. Also check the space available around the bearing – the leg spread at the maximum setting is 45 mm. Make sure the bearing is seated no deeper than 65 mm from the point where the centre screw will bear against the shaft.
Before starting work, set the puller legs to the appropriate spread and lock them with the side screws. Make sure the legs grip the bearing evenly around its circumference. Tighten the centre screw gradually, checking the stability of the puller. When work is complete, clean dirt from the tool and protect it against corrosion with a light coat of oil.
Regularly check the condition of the threads and the gripping surfaces of the legs. Damaged or worn parts can cause slipping during use. Store the puller in a dry place, protected from moisture and mechanical damage.
