A two-stage hydraulic bottle jack in a low-profile design, intended for lifting vehicles and machinery weighing up to 12 tonnes. The 120 mm minimum working height allows work on low-slung chassis.
The 120 mm minimum working height allows the jack to be positioned under sports cars, modified vehicles and machinery with limited ground clearance. It provides access to lifting points in situations where standard jacks cannot be used.
The first stage with a 40 mm ram and the second stage with a 50 mm ram provide a total working stroke of 90 mm (without the adapter). The two-stage design increases stability during lifting and allows precise height adjustment in two stages of operation.
A capacity of 12,000 kg is sufficient for 3.5 t vans, SUVs, light commercial vehicles and industrial machinery. This parameter defines the maximum force the jack can exert along the vertical axis while maintaining safe working conditions.
The supplied adapter, fitted to the ram head, increases the maximum working height to 250 mm. A useful solution when lifting vehicles that require a greater stroke or during work that needs additional clearance.

Make sure the surface beneath the jack is stable, level and firm. Check the hydraulic oil level and the condition of the seals. Always use the jack on the vehicle's structural lifting points specified by the manufacturer – check the vehicle's owner's manual.
A bottle jack is designed for lifting, not for supporting a vehicle. Once the vehicle is raised, secure it with axle stands. Do not exceed the maximum lifting capacity of 12 tonnes. Before lowering, check that there are no people or tools beneath the vehicle.
Check the hydraulic oil regularly – replacement is recommended every 12 months or after 200 operating cycles. Check the tightness of connections and hydraulic hoses. Clean the ram surfaces after each use to prevent damage to the seals. Store in a dry place, protected against corrosion.
