A complete pneumatic tyre and inner tube set in size 4.00-4, designed for wheels with an inner diameter of 125 mm. The 2PR construction provides a load capacity of up to 136 kg at a working pressure of 2.1 bar.

2PR construction
The 2PR marking (2 Ply Rating) specifies the number of cord plies in the tyre structure. Two plies provide sufficient strength for light and medium-weight equipment while retaining flexibility and comfortable operation. This construction works well in applications where the load does not exceed 136 kg.
The 4.00-4 size marking
The first number (4.00) is the tyre width in inches, while the second (4) is the rim diameter in inches. The actual tread width is 85 mm and the wheel's inner diameter is 125 mm. The overall outer diameter of the assembled wheel reaches 275 mm, which should be taken into account when checking clearance.
2.1 bar working pressure
The maximum pressure of 2.1 bar (30 psi) should be treated as an upper limit. The optimum working pressure depends on the load and the type of surface. A lower pressure increases grip on uneven surfaces, while a higher one improves service life and reduces rolling resistance on hard ground.
Inner tube with a car-type valve

How to check compatibility
Before buying, measure the rim's inner diameter (it should be 125 mm / 4 inches) and check that there is enough space for a wheel with an outer diameter of 275 mm and a width of 85 mm. Make sure that the maximum load per wheel does not exceed 136 kg at a pressure of 2.1 bar. If your current tyre has a different size marking, check the dimensions before replacing it.
Use and maintenance
Check tyre pressure regularly – every 2-4 weeks or before intensive use. Under-inflation accelerates wear on the tyre sidewalls and increases rolling resistance, while over-inflation reduces grip and riding comfort. Inspect the tread and sidewalls for cracks, cuts or deformation.
Avoid overloading beyond 136 kg per wheel and driving with sharp objects within reach of the tyre. When fitting the inner tube, use a small amount of talcum powder or a dedicated fitting lubricant to prevent the tube from sticking to the tyre. Fit it gradually, inflating the tube in stages and checking that it has seated correctly inside the tyre.
Store spare tyres in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of ozone (electric motors, welders). Rubber ages naturally under the influence of UV light and ozone, which can lead to cracking even with little use.
