A single-pad vacuum lifter for moving flat items with smooth surfaces. The hand pump ensures a secure grip, allowing the safe transport of glass, sheet metal and panels weighing up to 60 kg.
Features of the vacuum glass lifter
Hand pump with an air extraction mechanism
The manual pumping system removes air from beneath the suction pad, creating a vacuum that holds the lifter to the surface. This eliminates the risk of it detaching on its own when transporting heavy items.
Load capacity up to 60 kg with a 150 mm diameter
The 150 mm suction pad spreads the clamping force over a sufficiently large area, making it possible to safely move car and window glass as well as sheets of metal weighing up to 60 kg.

Use and maintenance
Preparing the surface before attaching the lifter
The working surface must be flat, smooth, clean and dry. Remove dust, grease and moisture with a cloth. Unevenness, pores or dirt may prevent a tight vacuum from forming. Check that the material has no micro-cracks that could lead to damage during handling.
Attaching the lifter and checking the grip
Place the suction pad against the surface and pump the hand pump until you feel resistance, which indicates that a vacuum has been created. Before lifting, check that the attachment is secure by gently trying to move the lifter. Some models have a vacuum gauge – make sure it indicates that the lifter is attached correctly.
Maintenance and storage
After use, clean dust and dirt from the suction pad. Check the rubber for mechanical damage, cracks or signs of wear. Store the lifter in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, which could damage the rubber. Regularly check the sealing of the pumping mechanism.
