Vacuum Suction Cup 190 kg — Kraft&Dele KD10738
A one-piece vacuum suction cup with a pump and cam clamp, designed for lifting flat items with a smooth surface — glass, sheet metal, laminates and similar materials weighing up to 190 kg. The aluminium body and 200 mm rubber suction pad provide a secure grip during installation and transport work.
Features
Vacuum pump with release button
The integrated hand pump creates a vacuum immediately before the load is lifted, which increases the holding force compared with suction cups without a pump. The quick-release button allows the suction cup to be released in a controlled way without jerking the material being lifted.
Cam-action clamp
The cam mechanism allows the suction cup to be locked and unlocked with one hand. It provides a repeatable, secure lock without the need for tools, which shortens the set-up time when lifting items repeatedly.
Aluminium body and rubber suction pad
The aluminium body keeps the weight of the tool down to 1.1 kg while maintaining resistance to mechanical loads. The rubber suction pad conforms to the surface of the material being lifted, providing the seal needed to maintain the vacuum.
Supplied in a carry case
The suction cup is supplied in a lockable carry case that makes it easier to store and transport to site or to the workshop, and also protects the rubber pad from damage and dirt during storage.

Applications
The suction cup is designed for lifting items with a smooth, non-porous surface weighing no more than 190 kg. It can only work effectively if the contact surface is free from pores, cracks and excessive dust — only then can a vacuum be created and maintained.

What to check before use
Before lifting the load, check that the vacuum gauge (if the tool is fitted with one) confirms a proper grip. The surface of the material being lifted should be dry and clean — grease, water or dust reduce the seal and lower the actual load capacity. Do not exceed the stated 190 kg load capacity or use the suction cup on porous, rough or curved surfaces.
