The KD3662 is a single-piece vacuum suction cup with a hand-operated piston pump, designed for lifting and installing heavy items with smooth, non-porous surfaces. The large 200 mm working pad, combined with a lifting capacity of up to 200 kg, allows large-format panels, architectural glass, worktops and stone elements to be handled safely.
The hand-operated pump creates a vacuum without the need for an external compressed air supply or power source. It performs well both on building sites and in conditions where access to services is limited.
The gauge continuously indicates the vacuum level inside the suction cup. It allows the holding force to be assessed before lifting an item and signals any loss of vacuum during transport, which is crucial when handling heavy or fragile materials.
The dedicated valve releases the vacuum instantly once the item is in position. It shortens installation time and removes the need to pull the suction cup off the surface by hand.
The ergonomically shaped handle with a non-slip surface ensures a secure grip during lifting. Important when handling items of considerable weight or with an irregular centre of gravity.

A vacuum suction cup delivers its full lifting capacity only on smooth, dry and non-porous surfaces. Before use, make sure the surface is clean and free from dust, grease and moisture. Porous materials (such as aerated concrete, bare brick or wood) or surfaces with a textured coating will not provide the required seal — a vacuum suction cup should not be used in such cases.
Check the condition of the rubber seal before every use — scratches, cracks or deformation of the seal reduce its tightness and the maximum lifting capacity. A spare seal and a service spanner for replacing it yourself are included. Once work is finished, clean the suction cup of any contamination and protect the rubber seal from contact with solvents and sharp tools. Storing it in the carry case provided protects the components from mechanical damage.
