Refuse sacks made from 100 µm LDPE film, designed for collecting and transporting light construction waste. The pack contains 10 sacks with a capacity of 120 litres each.
Features of VOREL heavy-duty refuse sacks
100 µm LDPE film
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) provides flexibility and puncture resistance. At 100 micrometres, the film strikes a balance between strength and economy of use with light construction waste such as plastic sheeting, polystyrene and mineral wool.
120-litre capacity
A volume of 120 litres allows a larger quantity of material to be collected in one go, which reduces the number of sack changes required during a job. The dimensions are suited to standard construction waste containers.
Black film
The opaque black film conceals the contents, which improves the appearance of the waste storage area. The black colour also prevents the contents from showing through the wall of the sack.
Strong heat-sealed base
The heat-sealing process gives the base of the sack a tight seal and resistance to point loads. The factory-made seal eliminates the risk of the seam splitting open while the sack is being filled and transported.

Usage limitations
Sacks with a 100 µm film thickness are intended solely for light construction waste. They must not be used for rubble, bricks, concrete, stones or other heavy, sharp materials that may exceed the strength of the film or puncture the wall of the sack. Use sacks with a film thickness of at least 150-200 µm for heavy construction waste.
Use and care
Before filling the sack, check that the base is properly sealed and that the film is undamaged. Fill the sack gradually, avoiding overloading and sharp edges that could cause a puncture. The maximum load a sack can carry depends on the type of waste - for light materials the full 120-litre capacity can be used, while for denser materials the fill level should be reduced.
A filled sack should be carried by the top, ideally supporting the base with your other hand. Do not drag the sack over uneven ground, as this can puncture the film. The sacks can be stored in dry rooms away from heat sources and sharp objects. LDPE film is moisture-resistant, which allows the sacks to be stored outdoors for short periods.
