Two-piece pry bar set made from 40Cr chrome steel. Tools measuring 305 mm and 450 mm with a sharpened tip and bent end, designed for dismantling, prying and assembling structural components.
The steel alloy, containing 0.4% carbon and chromium, provides bending strength and resistance to mechanical damage. The material retains its elastic properties under load, allowing work with high leverage without permanently deforming the tool.
The polypropylene grip cover improves working comfort by reducing vibration and prevents the hand from slipping. The material is resistant to oils, solvents and mechanical damage typical of workshop conditions.
The tip is bent by approximately 90 degrees to create an additional fulcrum, useful when working in confined spaces. The design allows the pry bar to be used as a lever in narrow gaps between components.
The flattened and ground end of the pry bar makes it easier to insert the tool between tightly joined components. Tip widths of 16 mm and 21 mm are matched to typical assembly and dismantling applications.

Designed for tasks requiring precision and control in confined spaces. Suitable for dismantling small finishing components, mouldings and installation covers. The shorter lever arm provides greater control over force and direction of action.
Used for tasks requiring greater leverage. The longer arm allows higher torque to be generated with less effort. The wider tip increases the bearing surface, which prevents damage to the material during prying.
Before starting work, check the condition of the tip – cracks or chips can lead to the tool breaking under load. When prying heavy components, it is advisable to increase force gradually and to use additional fulcrums.
After finishing work, remove any contamination from the surface of the pry bar, especially residues of building mortar, which can cause steel corrosion. 40Cr chrome steel is resistant to rust, but prolonged contact with moisture and aggressive substances can lead to surface degradation.
Polypropylene grips require no special maintenance – periodic cleaning with water and detergent is sufficient. Avoid storing the tools in places exposed to direct high temperatures above 80°C, which may cause the plastic to deform.
