A Phillips screwdriver with a PH2 tip and a 250 mm shaft. Designed for fitting and removing Phillips-head fasteners in the workshop, during assembly work and servicing.
The CrV steel shaft offers increased hardness and resistance to wear. The chrome vanadium alloy provides resistance to corrosion and bending, which translates into a longer tool life under intensive use.
The magnetised tip holds the screw in place while driving it, so there is no need to hold the fastener with your other hand. PH2 is the most common Phillips size used in furniture, domestic appliances and electronics.
The extended shaft allows work in deep assembly holes, where access is restricted and where standard screwdrivers are too short. This length is useful for electrical installations and for fitting components inside enclosures.
The plastic handle provides a non-slip grip and even distribution of force when tightening. Its contoured shape allows higher torque to be applied without tiring the hand during repetitive assembly work.

The PH2 tip fits Phillips screws with a diameter of 3.0 to 5.0 mm. Before use, check that the tip matches the screw recess – a loose or excessively tight fit can damage the screw head or the screwdriver tip. The Phillips standard is used in most domestic and industrial applications.
Before starting work, check the condition of the tip – damage to the working edges reduces the effectiveness of torque transmission. The screwdriver must be used solely for driving and removing screws – it must not be used as a chisel, cold chisel or weighing tool.
After use, clean the screwdriver of any dirt and protect it from moisture. The magnetisation of the tip may weaken over time – it can be restored using a neodymium magnet. Storing the tool in a dry place prevents corrosion of the shaft.
