Self-adhesive polyethylene foam pads designed to protect furniture, household appliances and audio-visual equipment from scratches and to dampen vibration. The universal 85 x 85 mm square format is suited to use in the home, workshop and office.
Features of the VOREL foam pads
Cushioning material
Polyethylene foam damps vibration and impact. It protects furniture surfaces from dents caused by the weight of equipment and reduces the transfer of vibration from mechanical devices to the surface beneath.
Self-adhesive backing
The pads have an adhesive layer that holds them securely to surfaces. The adhesive leaves no marks on most lacquered and laminated surfaces, so protected equipment can be repositioned many times.
85 × 85 mm square format
The 85 × 85 mm size strikes a balance between protective area and visual discretion. Pads of this format fit under the feet of most household appliances, speakers, lamps and medium-weight items of equipment.

Use and fitting
Surface preparation
Before fitting the pad, clean and degrease the surface. Removing dust and dirt gives the adhesive layer better grip. The surface must be dry – moisture weakens the adhesive bond.
Fitting the pads
Stick the pads to the underside of the appliance or to the furniture legs, avoiding corner areas where pressure is greatest. The pads should be positioned so that they distribute the weight of the item evenly. After fitting, press each pad down for a few seconds to activate the adhesive.
Surface compatibility
Foam pads work well on lacquered, laminated and veneered surfaces and on furniture board. On textured surfaces (natural stone, concrete) adhesion may be limited. Before fitting to delicate finishes, it is worth testing the adhesion on a small area first.
