Carpenter's tool belt with eleven pockets made from 600D polyester. Fitted with metal hammer loops and an adjustable waist belt with a quick-release buckle.
The 600D designation specifies the weave density of the fibres expressed in denier. A value of 600D indicates a material with enhanced resistance to abrasion and tearing, used in professional tool accessories. The fabric retains its mechanical properties during intensive use in workshop conditions.
The multi-compartment design allows tools to be organised by type and size. Varying pocket depths accommodate both small items such as screwdrivers and larger hand tools. The pocket layout distributes the load evenly around the waist.
Two steel rings designed for hanging hammers or other impact tools. The metal construction of the loops withstands the dynamic loads associated with movement during work. Positioning the loops at the sides of the belt prevents tools from coming into contact with the user's legs.
The belt length adjustment system allows the belt to be fitted to waist sizes typical of workwear. The quick-release buckle enables the belt to be put on and taken off quickly, without having to rethread it. The buckle mechanism prevents accidental release during work.

Aluminium or steel rivets at the points of greatest stress prevent the seams from splitting under load. The reinforcements are located at the points where the pockets are attached to the waist belt and where the strips of fabric are joined. This solution extends the service life of the belt in everyday use.
Before first use, check that the quick-release buckle operates correctly and that the seams are in good condition. The belt length is adjusted with the buckle unfastened, fitting the circumference to the waist while allowing for the thickness of workwear.
The arrangement of tools in the pockets should take into account the balance of the load on both sides of the body. Heavier tools are placed closer to the buckle, lighter ones in the side pockets. Sharp tool edges should always point downwards or away from the user's body.
Clean the belt with a brush with natural or synthetic bristles. The 600D polyester material can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Dry the belt laid out flat, away from heat sources. Storing it in rooms with controlled humidity prevents mould from developing on the fabric.
A technical inspection involves checking the seams, reinforcing rivets and the buckle mechanism. Damaged seams require repair before further use. Worn metal components such as the hammer loops cannot be replaced - they require the purchase of a new belt.
