Pneumatic metal cut-off tool with a 75 mm disc, designed for work in automotive and mechanical workshops. The 0.7 kg aluminium body allows easy manoeuvring in confined spaces.
The small cutting disc diameter allows work in tight spaces, typical of body panel repairs or sheet metal structures. Useful for cutting in hard-to-reach areas of the chassis or inside the body.
An air consumption of 113 litres per minute at 0.62 MPa (6.2 bar) allows the tool to be used with compressors of average output. Lower air consumption means the compressor cycles less often and running costs are reduced.
The body material reduces the tool weight to 0.7 kg, which eases hand fatigue during longer jobs. The steel disc guard protects against sparks and debris and ensures durability in workshop conditions.
The lock-off mechanism protects against accidental start-up of the cut-off tool during transport or disc changes. It must be deliberately released before work begins.

The cut-off tool requires a compressor delivering a pressure of at least 0.62 MPa (6.2 bar) and an output of at least 113 l/min. An oil lubricator and a water separator in the supply line are recommended to ensure the service life of the air motor. The supplied quick-release coupling makes it easy to connect to standard air hoses.
The tool works with 75 mm diameter discs. When selecting a disc, check the bore diameter and make sure the disc thickness is compatible with the guard. Metal cutting discs are marked with the letter A (e.g. 41A) and have a reinforced construction for cutting steel.
