A turbo mixing paddle for drills, designed for mixing building mortars, plasters, paints and adhesives. The spiral design in galvanised steel ensures effective mixing of materials with different consistencies.
The M14 thread is the standard size used on drills and rotary hammers from most manufacturers. It allows direct fitting without additional adapters. Before buying, check the thread type on your tool – drills with a power output above 600W are usually fitted with an M14 thread.
The 100 mm diameter works well when mixing in 10-25 litre containers. It provides sufficient working surface for efficient mixing without overloading the drill motor. Smaller diameters take longer, while larger ones require a more powerful drive.
The 500 mm length allows mixing in standard building buckets without having to tilt the container. It lets you work in an upright position, which reduces strain on the wrists and gives you greater control over the mixing process.
Galvanising protects the steel against corrosion on contact with damp building materials, especially alkaline cement mortars. The zinc layer extends the life of the tool and makes cleaning easier once the work is finished.

Disconnect the drill from the mains before fitting. Screw the paddle onto the M14 thread by hand until it is fully seated, then tighten it with a spanner. When working, a speed of 400-600 rpm is recommended for thick mortars and 600-800 rpm for liquid materials. Avoid running at maximum speed, as this can cause the material to splash.
Clean the paddle immediately after finishing work, before the material sets. Cement mortars are removed mechanically or by soaking in water. Gypsum needs to be rinsed off quickly under running water. Once materials have dried on the spiral, removing them is much harder and may damage the protective coating.
The 100 mm diameter works with drills with a power output of at least 600W. At lower power outputs there is a risk of the motor overheating when mixing thick mortars. For highly viscous materials, drills of 800-1000W with variable speed control and an additional handle are recommended.
