A wall and floor grinder designed for preparing concrete, plaster and skim-coated surfaces before tiling. The tool features a built-in dust extraction system and variable speed control, which gives control over the grinding process according to the type of material being worked.
The 1300W motor delivers stable performance when grinding hard concrete surfaces and cement skim coats. This power is sufficient to remove unevenness and formwork residue effectively without overloading the drive unit during prolonged use.
The integrated dust extraction system with a dust bag eliminates the need for an external industrial vacuum cleaner. This solution limits the spread of concrete and gypsum dust in the room, which matters during finishing work in enclosed spaces.
Electronic speed control allows the working speed to be matched to the hardness of the material and the type of disc used. Lower speeds are used for grinding skim coats and plaster, while higher speeds are used for working concrete with a diamond disc, which prevents the tool from overheating and the surface from being damaged.
The standard M14 thread allows the fitting of commercially available diamond discs, hook-and-loop sanding discs and wire brushes. A 180 mm diameter is a typical size for finishing grinders, offering a compromise between output and the ability to work precisely in hard-to-reach places.

When grinding concrete with a diamond disc, use higher speeds, which ensures effective material removal. When working with skim coats and plaster, reduce the speed to avoid overheating the surface and leaving disc marks. Replacing the sandpaper on the hook-and-loop disc regularly prevents the grit from clogging and the grinding quality from deteriorating.
Empty the dust bag regularly, particularly during intensive work with concrete, which generates large amounts of fine dust. Check that the suction hose is clear and clean it after each working day. A blocked dust extraction system reduces dust removal efficiency and can lead to motor overheating.
Disconnect the tool from the mains before changing the disc. Use the spanner to tighten and loosen the clamping nut on the M14 thread. Check diamond discs for damaged segments and hook-and-loop discs for a worn backing surface. Use only accessories designed for a 180 mm diameter and M14 thread.
