Wall-mounted tool organiser 115x78 cm with accessories — KD11863
KD11863 is a wall-mounted tool storage system made up of 4 perforated panels and 76 mounting accessories. The kit lets you put a 115x78 cm working area to use without taking up any floor space — tools, spanners and small parts stay visible and within reach directly from the workstation.
Kit features
Modular wall panels
Four panels measuring 576x390x18 mm combine into a single 115x78 cm working surface. The perforations let you position accessories freely anywhere on the board and change the layout without tools.
Three bin sizes
The kit contains 34 bins in three sizes (small 115x78x60 mm, medium 150x98x70 mm, large 195x118x90 mm), making it possible to sort both small fasteners and larger workshop accessories.
Dedicated tool holders
16 screwdriver holders and 4 spanner racks let you keep tools in fixed, dedicated positions. This cuts the time spent looking for a tool during work and reduces the risk of working edges being damaged by items lying loose.
Hooks and universal holders
Eight 55x55 mm hooks, eight 35x35 mm hooks and two 380x111x50 mm universal holders allow tools of various shapes to be hung up — from hand saws and spirit levels to extension leads and air hoses.

Installation and configuration
The four panels are fixed to the wall using standard wall plugs and screws (wall fixings should be chosen separately to suit the type of substrate). Once the panels are secured, the accessories — bins, holders and hooks — clip into the perforations without tools, so the layout can be reconfigured freely at any time.
Planning the board layout
Before installation it is worth laying the panels out on the floor and testing the arrangement of the accessories. The most frequently used tools are placed at eye level and within arm's reach, while less frequently used items go in the upper or side areas of the board. This arrangement shortens the time needed to gather a set of tools before starting work.
