A polyester textile sling with a 1 tonne capacity and 2 metre length, designed for the safe lifting and transport of loads in construction, industry and logistics. The product complies with the EN 1492-1 standard and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
Webbing sling features
1 tonne capacity (WLL)
The WLL (Working Load Limit) specifies the maximum safe working load. A capacity of 1000 kg is sufficient for lifting pallets of building materials, steel components, machinery and workshop equipment. Exceeding this limit can damage the sling and create a safety hazard.
Two-ply polyester construction
The sling is made from two layers of polyester fibre, which provides increased mechanical strength and resistance to abrasion. The two-ply construction distributes the load evenly, extending the service life of the product. Reinforced loops at both ends protect the attachment points from premature wear.
Chemical resistance
Polyester fibre is naturally resistant to moisture, oils, mineral acids, coolants and petrol vapours. This makes the sling suitable for use in industrial environments, mechanical workshops and construction sites, where contact with chemicals is unavoidable.

Use and maintenance
Safe use guidelines

Avoid contact with sharp edges of the load, which may cut the fibres. If there is any doubt about the technical condition of the sling, take it out of service.
Storage
Store the sling in a dry room, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Avoid contact with corrosive substances not listed in the chemical resistance specification. Do not store it in locations exposed to mechanical damage. Its compact dimensions make it easy to store in tool boxes or on hooks.
