A polyester webbing sling designed for lifting and transporting loads weighing up to 3 tonnes. The webbing is 90 mm wide and 3 metres long, ensuring that stress is distributed evenly when handling heavy items.
Technical characteristics
Material — polyester (PES)
Polyester fibre offers high resistance to tensile stress and abrasion. Compared with nylon, it is less elastic, which translates into greater stability during lifting. The material resists most chemicals and does not absorb moisture.
90 mm webbing width
The wide webbing spreads the pressure over a larger surface area, reducing the risk of damaging the load's delicate edges. At a load capacity of 3 tonnes, a width of 90 mm provides the right balance between strength and flexibility.

Use and maintenance
Pre-use inspection
Before each use, check the webbing for cuts, abrasion, scorching or other mechanical damage. A sling with visible damage must not be used. Also check that the marking showing the technical data is still legible.
Safe lifting practices
Do not exceed the maximum load capacity. Protect the webbing from sharp edges of the load that could cut the fibres. Avoid contact with temperatures above 100°C. Distribute the load evenly across the full width of the webbing. Never use the sling to lift people.
Storage
Store in a dry, shaded place away from heat sources and chemicals. Avoid prolonged exposure to UV radiation, which can weaken polyester fibres. After use, clean the sling of any dirt and check it for damage.
