A workshop hydraulic press with a welded frame, intended for professional use in mechanical workshops, tool rooms and maintenance departments. The machine is used for pressing components in and out, straightening metal parts, and fitting and removing bearings and bushes.

20-tonne pressing force
This figure defines the maximum load the press can apply to the workpiece. A force of 20 tonnes (196 kN) is sufficient for most workshop operations: pressing in bearings up to 100 mm in diameter, pressing out pins, straightening steel components up to 10 mm thick and forming sheet metal.
Welded frame construction
The frame, welded from steel sections, provides structural rigidity under full load. Unlike bolted designs, welding eliminates play and vibration during pressing. The painted steel plate protects against corrosion in a workshop environment.
Foot pedal control

Operation and maintenance
Installation requirements
The press must be set up on a level, stable surface with a load-bearing capacity of at least 150 kg/m². An uneven surface can cause forces to be distributed unevenly and the frame to distort. Fixing the press to the floor or using levelling shims is recommended. Allow at least 80 cm of working space around the machine.
Safe working practices
Do not exceed the rated pressing force of 20 tonnes – overloading can damage the hydraulic system and the frame. Do not adjust the relief valve without technical knowledge. The workpiece must sit securely on the worktable. Keep clear of the pressing area during operation. Wear personal protective equipment: safety glasses and work gloves.
Hydraulic system maintenance
Check the hydraulic oil level in the reservoir regularly and top up with oil of the specification recommended by the manufacturer. Check the hydraulic connections for leaks before each use. Clean dirt from the ram after use. Store in a dry room at a temperature above 5°C.
