Waterproof wet and dry abrasive paper in hook-and-loop disc form, designed for hand and machine sanding. The P2000 grit delivers a precise surface finish in both dry and wet use.
The P2000 designation under the FEPA standard corresponds to a grain diameter of approximately 10.3 microns. This very fine grit is intended for surface finishing, removing fine scratches and preparing surfaces for polishing. It is used in the final stages of work on lacquers and decorative coatings.
A special impregnation of the backing and binder allows sanding with water or dry. Wet sanding reduces dust, lessens heating of the surface and extends the life of the paper by carrying away the sanded material.
The hook-and-loop system allows discs to be changed quickly without tools. The absence of perforations means a full abrasive surface, which is advantageous when sanding flat surfaces where dust extraction is not a priority or is handled by an external extraction system.
A controlled abrasive grain application process guarantees a uniform working surface structure. This translates into even sanding without deep scratches and stable performance throughout the life of the disc.

The 125 mm disc fits random orbital and orbital sanders with a 125 mm hook-and-loop backing pad. Before purchase, check the pad diameter in the tool documentation. The lack of perforations limits the effectiveness of dust extraction through the built-in system – use with external extraction or wet sanding is recommended.
For wet sanding, use clean water or special agents that reduce friction. Regularly rinse the disc surface to remove sanded material and prevent the grit from clogging. After finishing work, dry the disc and store it in a dry place.
When machine sanding, use a moderate speed – too high a speed can overheat the surface and reduce the durability of the paper. Apply even, moderate pressure – excessive pressure shortens the life of the disc and can cause uneven sanding.
Replace the disc when grit wear or a drop in sanding performance becomes visible. Worn paper can cause scratches and lengthen working time. The pack contains 50 pieces, which allows efficient planning of material use on larger jobs.
