Cup brush with knotted steel wire, designed for fitting to angle grinders. The reinforcing collar makes the brush more rigid and extends its service life during intensive cleaning work.
The hardening process increases the hardness of the wire and its resistance to abrasion. The material keeps its springiness in use, which prevents premature breaking of the wires and extends the service life of the brush.
The wires are twisted into knots, which makes them stiffer and more aggressive than crimped wire. This construction is well suited to removing stubborn contamination and firmly bonded coatings.
An additional metal collar stabilises the wires at high speeds. It prevents the brush from splaying excessively during use and reduces the risk of wires breaking off, making the brush safer to use.
The standard thread used on angle grinders of 500 W and above. No additional adaptors are needed — the brush screws directly onto the tool spindle once the guard has been removed.

Before fitting, make sure the angle grinder has an M14 spindle and variable speed control. Check the maximum speed of the machine — it must not exceed 8500 rpm. Most 500–900 W grinders meet these requirements.
Always use the grinder's guard and wear safety goggles. The brush throws out metal particles and debris while in use. Do not apply excessive pressure to the workpiece — the weight of the grinder is enough for effective cleaning. Too much pressure overheats the wire and shortens the life of the brush.
Check the condition of the wires before every use. Uneven wear or visible damage to the collar means the brush must be replaced. Do not use the brush if the wire is badly bent or if there are cracks in the steel body.
