60W electric pyrography tool with a set of 23 interchangeable tips, designed for burning patterns into wood, leather, cork and other organic materials. The set includes a carry case and a work stand.
The 60W output delivers a stable operating temperature of 275°C, sufficient for burning most organic materials. This temperature allows controlled burning without excessive charring or smoking of the material. The tool reaches its operating temperature within 3-5 minutes of switching on.
The set contains 23 tips in a range of shapes, from wide flat heads to fine precision points. Tips are changed once the tool has cooled down, by unscrewing the retaining nut. The variety of shapes makes it possible both to fill large areas and to draw fine lines.
The handle is made from heat-resistant plastic and protects the hand from the heat generated by the heating element. Its non-slip surface provides a secure grip during precision work. The handle design reduces hand fatigue during longer burning sessions.
The metal stand lets you set the hot tool down safely during breaks in work. The plastic carry case protects the tool and tips from damage during transport and storage. All components have moulded storage slots.

The tool works with organic materials whose charring temperature is below 275°C. The best results are achieved on lime and pine wood, vegetable-tanned leather and natural cork. It must not be used on plastics, which can release toxic fumes. Before starting work, it is worth testing the tool on an offcut of the intended material.
Before first use, fit the selected tip and tighten the retaining nut. The tool is connected to a standard 230V mains socket. Once switched on, it reaches its operating temperature within 3-5 minutes. It is advisable to start with a test burn on an offcut of material.
Tips can only be changed once the tool has cooled completely – cooling takes around 10-15 minutes. Unscrew the retaining nut, remove the old tip, insert the new one and tighten the nut. Never touch hot tips with bare hands.
Once cool, tips can be cleaned of carbon deposits using fine sandpaper or a wire brush. The handle is wiped clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the electrical parts in water. Store the tips in the carry case, in their dedicated slots.
Always work in a well-ventilated room when burning – the process releases smoke and a distinctive odour. Use the stand during every break in work. Never leave the tool switched on unattended. Let the tool cool down away from flammable materials.
