GEKO G29935 200mm Ratchet Clamp
A spring ratchet clamp with a ratcheting mechanism, made from durable plastic. Designed for temporarily holding workpieces during woodworking, modelling and assembly tasks.
Technical features
Ratchet mechanism
Locks the jaws in the selected position. Once the workpiece is clamped, the mechanism engages automatically, maintaining constant pressure without the need to hold the handle. Release by pressing the trigger.
Swivel jaws
The jaws pivot freely, allowing them to automatically adapt to the angle of the clamped surface. This ensures even contact even with slightly non-parallel workpieces, eliminating point loads.
Plastic construction
Body and jaws made from reinforced plastic. The material provides adequate rigidity while keeping the tool lightweight. The jaws will not scratch delicate wooden surfaces and do not conduct heat.
Ergonomic handle
Contoured handle shaped to fit the hand. It provides a secure grip and even distribution of clamping force when tightening workpieces. Reduces fatigue during repeated use.

Use and maintenance
How to use
Before fitting the clamp, set the jaws to the open position. Place the material between the jaws and squeeze the handle until the ratchet mechanism engages. Release by pressing the trigger next to the handle.
Operating recommendations
The clamp is not designed to apply high clamping forces – it is intended for temporarily holding workpieces. When gluing wood, use several clamps spaced evenly along the joint. Clean the ratchet mechanism periodically to remove dust and shavings, which can interfere with its operation.
