A category I work coverall designed for protection against minimal risks in construction, transport and mechanical work. The model offers enhanced mechanical strength thanks to reinforced seams and reinforcement patches, as well as a fabric weight of 267 g/m².
Work Coverall Features
Enhanced-strength fabric
A blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton with a fabric weight of 267 g/m² provides tear resistance while remaining breathable. The polyester increases durability and abrasion resistance, while the cotton improves thermal comfort during prolonged work.
Reinforcements at key points
The legs feature polyester reinforcements with pockets designed to hold knee pads. An additional reinforcement made from polyester fabric is positioned at the nape of the neck, where the material is exposed to intense friction.
Work pocket system
The coverall includes 2 inset pockets in the trousers, a large stitched-on pocket on the leg with an additional phone pocket, 2 patch pockets on the chest and a sleeve pocket. The pocket layout provides quick access to tools without having to bend down.
Practical design details
The sleeves are finished with hook-and-loop cuffs, allowing them to be adjusted to the thickness of work gloves. A loop at knee height is used to hold a hammer. The front zip fastening makes the coverall easy to put on and take off.

Protection Category I - Scope of Application
What is category I?
Category I refers to protective clothing that protects against minimal risks, such as surface soiling, contact with mildly aggressive cleaning agents or abrasion during light mechanical work. Coveralls in this category do not require certification by notified bodies, but they must meet general safety requirements. They are not intended for protection against high-risk mechanical hazards, aggressive chemicals, high temperatures or electrical hazards.
Use and Maintenance
Before first use, check the condition of the seams and zips. Knee pads should be selected to match the dimensions of the reinforced pockets on the legs. The hook-and-loop cuffs require periodic cleaning to remove dust and maintain their grip.
Wash the coverall in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions on the care label. The polyester and cotton blend requires a washing temperature suited to the more delicate of the two materials. Avoid drying in direct contact with heat sources, which may damage the polyester reinforcements.
Regularly check the condition of the reinforcements, seams and zips. Repair damaged elements immediately to prevent the material from deteriorating further. A coverall with serious mechanical damage does not provide adequate protection and should be replaced.
