A professional 16-litre stainless steel electric water boiler designed for rapid water heating in catering, hotels, offices and at events. The under-base heating element prevents limescale build-up and simplifies maintenance.

Under-base heating element
The 2600W heating element is mounted beneath the base of the container, eliminating direct contact with water. This design prevents limescale build-up, which in conventional designs leads to overheating and failure. It also makes cleaning and descaling the interior of the boiler easier.
Temperature control 30-110°C
The thermostat allows the temperature to be set precisely between 30 and 110 degrees Celsius. This function makes it possible to match the temperature to the type of drink – lower for green and white tea, higher for coffee or instant drinks. Indicator lights show when heating is active and when the unit is in keep-warm mode.
Safety protection system
The appliance is fitted with overheat protection and boil-dry protection. These mechanisms automatically cut off the heating element if there is no water or the safe temperature is exceeded, which significantly extends the service life of the boiler and prevents damage.
TWIST-LOCK system
The handles on both sides of the container serve a dual purpose – they allow the appliance to be carried safely without the risk of burns and form part of the TWIST-LOCK system for sealing the lid securely. The design prevents accidental opening during use.

Use and maintenance

Descaling
Depending on water hardness, regular descaling of the boiler with limescale removal products is recommended. The under-base heating element does not come into direct contact with water, which greatly reduces the limescale problem, but deposits can still accumulate on the walls of the container. Carry out descaling in accordance with the instructions of the cleaning product manufacturer.
Water level indicator
The external indicator with a litre scale allows the quantity of water to be measured precisely without opening the lid. Before switching on, make sure the water level is above the minimum mark – boil-dry protection safeguards the appliance, but checking the level regularly prevents unnecessary shutdowns.
