Push-button water pump pliers designed for installation work on water, heating and gas systems. Drop-forged from CrV chrome vanadium steel, the tool delivers durability in everyday professional use.
Technical features
CrV chrome vanadium steel
A material with increased hardness and wear resistance. The chromium-vanadium alloy improves resistance to torsional loads and prevents jaw deformation when working with large-diameter pipes.
Jaw opening up to 50 mm
The maximum opening width allows pipes and fittings up to 2 inches in diameter to be gripped. This parameter defines the tool's compatibility range with installations of various diameters.
Push-button adjustment
The adjustment mechanism allows the jaw opening to be matched quickly to the diameter of the workpiece without re-gripping. The push-button enables settings to be changed smoothly during use.

Use and maintenance
Before starting work, check the condition of the adjustment mechanism and the tightness of the jaw joint. The adjustment button should move smoothly without jamming.
Selecting the jaw opening
The jaw opening should be matched to the outside diameter of the pipe or fitting. Too small an opening may damage the surface of the component, while too large an opening can cause slipping and loss of torque. The pliers should grip at least 70% of the pipe circumference.
During work, personal protective equipment is recommended – work gloves and safety glasses, particularly when working with pressurised pipes.
After use, clean the tool of dirt and moisture. The adjustment mechanism should be lubricated periodically with machine oil to prevent corrosion and keep the button operating smoothly.
Storage
Store the water pump pliers in a dry place, lying flat or hanging from a hook. Avoid contact with chemicals that could damage the protective coating or the PVC handles.
