Aluminium load platform

Compact folding mechanism
The folding system reduces the height of the truck from 413 mm to 67 mm. When folded, the truck takes up 0.016 m³ of space, so it can be stored in narrow cupboards, car boots or behind a door. The mechanism needs no tools to operate.
Telescopic handle with lock
The telescopic handle with rails lets you adjust its length to the operator's height and to the height of the items being carried. A lock on the rails stabilises crates during transport and stops the load from shifting. The rails also make it easier to fit the elastic securing straps.
125 mm TPR wheels
Two wheels made of thermoplastic rubber (TPR) combine the flexibility of rubber with the durability of plastic. The 125 mm diameter makes it easy to roll over thresholds and uneven surfaces. TPR leaves no marks on parquet, laminate flooring or ceramic tiles.

Moving loads on stairs
The design of the YT-37411 takes into account the demands of moving loads on stairs. Two 125 mm wheels allow the truck to be lowered in a controlled way from step to step by tilting the platform. The operation requires you to hold the handle and shift the weight gradually.
Technique for moving loads on stairs
When going down, position the truck with its back to the stairs, tilt it towards you and control the descent, resting the wheels on each step in turn. When going up, push the truck ahead of you, lifting the platform over the step edges. The maximum load when moving on stairs should be reduced by 30–40% relative to the rated capacity.
Use and maintenance
Before first use, check that the folding and unfolding mechanism works correctly. Unfold the truck on a flat surface, making sure all the locks are properly engaged. Set the telescopic handle to a length that gives you an ergonomic position when pushing.
The elastic securing straps are fitted into the rails on the handle by threading them through the openings and tensioning them over the items being carried. The lock on the rails lets you adjust the height of the fastening point to the size of the load.
Maintenance and storage
The TPR wheels should be cleaned periodically of dirt that can restrict their free rolling. The aluminium platform can be washed with water and detergent, avoiding abrasive products. Dry the truck after washing. The folding mechanism needs no lubrication. Storing the truck folded prolongs the life of the seals and the moving joints.
