A quick-release clamp designed for firmly securing guide rails and tracks when working with power tools. Its construction with A3 steel jaws delivers durability and a precise hold on components.
The quick adjustment lets you position and release the clamp instantly without tools. This speeds up guide rail set-up when clamping repeatedly in different positions.
A maximum jaw opening of 150 mm allows guide rails of different widths to be clamped. This figure defines the maximum thickness of material that can be clamped between the jaws.
A throat depth of 70 mm determines how far from the edge of the material the clamp can be positioned. A greater throat depth allows guide rails to be clamped in the middle of wider boards.
Jaws made from A3 steel resist deformation during clamping. The blackened surface finish improves corrosion resistance and provides better grip.

The clamp is compatible with guide rails featuring a standard 16x6 mm bar. The 11 mm width of the flat jaw ensures a firm hold on most system guide rails available on the market. Before buying, it is worth checking the bar dimensions of your guide rail to make sure of full compatibility.
The quick-release mechanism needs regular cleaning to remove dust and swarf, which can build up in the adjustment mechanism. The steel jaws should be checked periodically for damage to the working surfaces – scratches or dents can affect how securely the clamp holds.
It is worth lubricating the moving parts with a thin film of machine oil to keep adjustment smooth. The blackened finish on the jaws protects against corrosion, but in damp conditions additional anti-corrosion protection is recommended.
The PA6 and TPR in the body are impact-resistant, but the clamp should not be overloaded beyond its maximum jaw opening, as this can permanently distort the mechanism.
