180 g/m² Fabric Weight
The higher fabric weight makes the material opaque and more hard-wearing than standard T-shirts weighing 145-160 g/m². The thicker knit copes better with repeated washing and heavy use.
Cotton Jersey Knit
Jersey fabric is stretchy and naturally breathable. The knit structure allows freedom of movement while retaining its shape after stretching, which matters during physical work.
Overlocked Seams

Choosing the Right T-Shirt Size
How to check the right size
Size L is designed for people between 178-184 cm tall with a chest circumference of 102-108 cm. To measure your chest, run a tape measure around your torso at armpit level while breathing normally. The width under the arms (55 cm) is half the T-shirt's circumference measured flat. The total length (74 cm) is measured from the seam at the neck to the bottom hem.
Care and Maintenance
Cotton jersey knit should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40°C using detergent for coloured fabrics. Fabric weighing 180 g/m² may shrink slightly after the first wash (around 3-5%), which is typical of natural cotton. Washing the T-shirt before first use is recommended.
Tumble drying can speed up wear on the fibres and overlocked seams. Air drying naturally extends the life of the product. Iron at temperatures up to 150°C, avoiding direct contact with prints if the T-shirt has been branded.
