Extension reel with a 30-metre 3x2.5mm² cable, fitted with four IP44 sockets with thermal cut-outs. Built on a plastic reel with an ergonomic carrying handle.
The thicker conductor cross-section minimises voltage drop over the 30-metre length and allows safe power supply to appliances rated up to 3600 W when the cable is fully unwound. The three-core cable provides full protective earthing.
An IP44 rating means resistance to solid objects larger than 1 mm and to water spray from any direction. Child safety shutters block access to the electrical contacts, improving user safety.
A built-in thermal cut-out automatically disconnects the power supply if the permissible temperature is exceeded. It protects against overheating of the cable coiled on the reel, which can occur under sustained loads above 1200 W.
The reel is made from tough plastic that resists impact and weather. An ergonomic handle aids transport, and a rubber retainer keeps the coiled cable secure during storage.
A cable coiled on the reel can carry a maximum of 1200 W, because cables laid close together build up heat. Once fully unwound, the permissible load rises to 3600 W thanks to better heat dissipation. When powering appliances above 1200 W, always unwind the cable completely.

Before first use, check the condition of the cable and sockets – there should be no damage to the insulation or cracks in the housing. When working with appliances rated above 1200 W, always unwind the cable completely from the reel to prevent overheating.
Do not exceed the maximum load of 3600 W – add up the power of all connected appliances. Do not daisy-chain extension leads, as this increases the risk of overheating and voltage drop. The IP44 sockets can be used outdoors, but do not immerse them in water or expose them to a direct jet of water under pressure.
After use, disconnect the extension reel from the power supply before winding it in. Wind the cable evenly, avoiding sharp bends. Store in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Check the condition of the cable regularly, particularly where it leaves the reel and at the plugs.
