Electric demolition hammer with oil cooling, designed for demolishing concrete and reinforced concrete and for chipping building materials. The machine is fitted with a 1600W motor generating 70J of impact energy in every working cycle.
This parameter defines the force of a single blow. A value of 70 J allows effective breaking of C20/25 concrete and chipping away of plaster layers. Higher impact energy shortens the time needed to demolish foundations and reinforced slabs.
1600 W of power ensures stable operation under load and an adequate impact rate. A motor of this rating combined with the mechanical gearbox generates sufficient force for work in concrete and reinforced concrete without the risk of overheating.
The oil cooling system dissipates heat from the impact mechanism and the motor, extending the service life of the components. The oil also lubricates the moving parts, reducing friction and wear. The oil level must be checked periodically and the oil changed in accordance with the instructions.
The 30 mm hex tool holder is the standard used on mid-range demolition hammers. It is compatible with flat chisels, pointed chisels and tamping plates with the appropriate shank. Check compatibility before purchasing accessories.

Before every start-up, check the oil level through the sight glass. Running with insufficient oil leads to overheating of the impact mechanism. The oil should be changed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, typically every 50-100 hours of operation.
The vibration reduction system reduces the load on the operator's hands and forearms. It lowers the risk of hand-arm vibration syndrome during prolonged work. Anti-vibration gloves are recommended as additional protection.
The hammer can be used in a vertical position (chipping from above), horizontally (chiselling walls) and at an angle. In the horizontal position, apply adequate pressure against the material to prevent the tool from bouncing. When working overhead, more frequent breaks are necessary.
