An electric planer with an 810W motor, designed for planing, chamfering edges and cutting rebates in timber and wood-based materials. The model features depth-of-cut adjustment in 0.1 mm increments and an 82 mm working width.
The 810W motor delivers consistent performance when working with hardwoods and composite materials. The high rotational speed of 16,500 rpm produces a smooth finish after planing and shortens the time needed to complete the job while maintaining cutting precision.
The 82 mm working width allows material to be removed efficiently from standard-size boards. This figure defines the maximum width of timber that can be machined in a single pass, which has a direct bearing on how quickly joinery projects are completed.
Precise depth-of-cut adjustment between 0-3 mm in 0.1 mm increments allows material to be removed in controlled layers. A useful feature for finishing work that requires timber components to be matched to an exact thickness.
A maximum rebate depth of 11 mm makes it possible to cut grooves for joinery joints, cable runs or hinge fittings. The parking foot protects the blades and the workpiece during breaks in work.

| Drive type | Poly-V belt |
The adjustment knob sets the depth between 0-3 mm in 0.1 mm increments. For the first pass, a shallower setting (around 1 mm) is recommended, particularly with hardwoods. Increasing the depth beyond 2 mm may require a slower feed rate.
Planer blades need to be sharpened or replaced regularly, depending on how intensively the tool is used. Blunt blades tear the wood fibres and put extra load on the motor. Before changing the blades, disconnect the tool from the mains and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Poly-V belt drive runs more quietly and with less vibration than gear drives. Check the belt tension periodically – a belt that is too slack can slip and cause a loss of power, while one that is too tight accelerates bearing wear.
