A hand-held circular saw with a 1500W brushed motor and a 185mm blade, designed for cutting wood and wood-based materials in workshop and construction environments.
1500W of power at 5500 rpm provides sufficient output for cutting both hardwood and softwood. A brushed motor delivers high torque, which translates into smooth operation when cutting materials of varying density.
A 185mm diameter is the standard for mid-range hand-held saws, allowing cuts of up to around 65mm at 90°. The 20mm mounting bore is compatible with most general-purpose blades available on the market.
The base plate is made from an aluminium alloy, which ensures stability during use and resistance to deformation. The adjustment mechanism allows the cutting angle to be set between 0 and 45 degrees, making it possible to carry out bevel cuts when fitting structural components.
A port for connecting an industrial vacuum hose reduces the amount of dust in the work area. When cutting wood, the dust extraction system improves visibility of the cut line and reduces the operator's exposure to respirable particles.

When selecting a blade, pay attention to the tooth count: 24-40 teeth for ripping softwood, 48-60 teeth for cross-cutting and sheet materials. The maximum permitted blade thickness is 2.8mm – using thicker blades can damage the guards.
Disconnect the tool from the mains before making any adjustments. Cutting depth is set according to the thickness of the material – the blade should protrude roughly 3-5mm below the workpiece. When cutting at an angle, the maximum depth of cut is reduced.
After each use, clean wood dust from the housing and ventilation slots. Regularly check the condition of the motor's carbon brushes and the sharpness of the blade. Blunt blades increase the load on the motor and the risk of kickback.
