YATO YT-85525 46 cm self-propelled petrol lawn mower
A self-propelled petrol lawn mower with a LONCIN LC1P65FE engine of 139 cm³ and 2.4 kW. The 46 cm cutting width allows efficient mowing of medium-sized and larger lawns. The 4-in-1 system makes the machine highly versatile.

LONCIN LC1P65FE 139 cm³ engine
The four-stroke overhead valve engine with a displacement of 139 cm³ delivers 2.4 kW at 2,800 rpm. The overhead valve design provides better combustion efficiency, lower fuel consumption and quieter operation than side-valve engines. Air cooling eliminates the need to service a liquid cooling system.
Rear-wheel self-propelled drive
The 10-inch (247 mm) rear-wheel drive system makes the mower easier to steer over uneven ground and slopes. The drive reduces the effort required to push the 33.6 kg machine, increasing comfort during prolonged work on larger areas.
4-in-1 system with mulching
The mower offers four operating modes: collection in the 62 l grass box, rear discharge, side discharge and mulching. The mulching function shreds the grass into fine particles that are left on the lawn as a natural fertiliser, improving soil structure and reducing the need for fertilising.
Cutting height adjustment 25-75 mm
Eight-stage central cutting height adjustment between 25 and 75 mm lets you adapt the mower to the condition of the lawn and the time of year. Lower settings are used in spring to thicken the grass, higher settings in summer to protect it from drying out. Central adjustment changes the height of all the wheels at the same time.

Use and maintenance
Preparing for first start-up
Before first use, fill the engine with 0.5 litres of SAE 15W-40 oil and fill the tank with unleaded E10 petrol. Check the oil level before every start-up. The engine requires regular oil changes in accordance with the instruction manual to ensure a long service life.
Noise and vibration levels
A sound pressure level of 81 dB(A) requires the use of hearing protection during prolonged work. A vibration level of 7.618 m/s² is typical of petrol mowers in this class. The foam-padded ergonomic handle reduces the vibration felt during use.
Choosing the operating mode
Grass box collection is used for regular mowing of well-maintained lawns. Mulching is recommended during periods of rapid growth for natural fertilising. Side or rear discharge is useful when cutting tall grass or large areas, where frequent emptying of the grass box would be a nuisance.
