Polishing disc made from natural wool felt imported from Australia, designed for finishing the surfaces of non-ferrous metals and stainless steel. The flap construction, made from 9 mm thick fibres, ensures flexible conformity to the workpiece surface.

Natural wool from Australia
Australian wool fibres are more resilient and hard-wearing than synthetic alternatives. They deliver an even surface finish without the risk of overheating the workpiece.
9 mm flap construction
The 9 mm thick felt flaps form a flexible working surface that conforms to the shape of the component being worked. This makes it possible to polish both flat surfaces and profiles.
22.2 mm mounting hole
The standard 22.2 mm bore diameter ensures compatibility with most 125 mm angle grinders. Check the spindle diameter before fitting — use a reducing ring if necessary.
Use with polishing paste
The natural wool structure effectively retains polishing paste, allowing it to be spread evenly across the workpiece. This increases the efficiency of the finishing process and shortens processing time.

Use and maintenance
Fitting the disc
Before fitting, make sure the grinder spindle diameter is 22.2 mm. The disc must be mounted securely and sit flat relative to the axis of rotation. Tighten the clamping nut in accordance with the tool manufacturer's recommendations.
Working with polishing paste
Apply a small amount of polishing paste to the workpiece or directly to the felt disc. Start at low speed and increase it gradually. Excessive speed can overheat the surface and reduce polishing efficiency.
Cleaning and storage
Once you have finished, remove any remaining polishing paste with a wire brush or compressed air. Store the disc in a dry place, protected from moisture and mechanical contamination. Natural wool can degrade when exposed to moisture.
