0.040 mm LDPE Material
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) is characterised by its flexibility and tensile strength. A thickness of 0.040 mm strikes a balance between strength and economy of use - the sack is strong enough for waste with sharp edges while remaining flexible during filling and transport.
160-Litre Capacity
Sacks of this capacity match standard wheelie bins and are sufficient for collecting waste from a larger household or small business. The 90 × 120 cm dimensions allow for easy filling without the risk of tearing when tying.
Versatile Waste Management Applications

Bin Compatibility
160-litre sacks fit standard wheelie bins of the same capacity. Check the bin dimensions before purchase - the sack should fit easily over the rim, leaving enough material to tie. For bins over 100 cm high, larger sacks may be required.
Use and Storage
LDPE sacks should be stored in a dry place away from heat sources and direct sunlight, which can affect the mechanical properties of the material. The storage temperature should be between -20°C and +40°C.
When filling the sack, avoid placing waste with very sharp edges (glass, metal) inside it without extra protection, as these can puncture the 0.040 mm film. For such waste, thicker sacks (min. 0.060 mm) or double bagging are recommended.
The maximum waste weight per sack depends on the type of waste and should not exceed 20-25 kg to ensure safe transport and prevent the seams from splitting when lifted.
