Pressure Knapsack Sprayer GEKO G73204 18L
A manual pressure knapsack sprayer designed for applying crop protection products and liquid fertilisers over medium and large cultivated areas. The pressure system delivers an even distribution of liquid without the need for constant pumping during operation.
Technical characteristics
Pressure system
Pumping before starting work builds up pressure inside the tank, which forces the liquid through the nozzle. This allows continuous operation without stopping to pump, which increases application efficiency over larger areas.
18-litre capacity
A tank of this capacity covers 150–300 m² depending on the application rate. It is a compromise between working range and the weight of the unit – a full tank weighs around 18–19 kg.
Three spray nozzles
Different nozzles let you match the spray pattern to the job: a narrow jet for precise application, a wide cone for area spraying and a foam nozzle for treating vertical surfaces.
Filler strainer
A mesh strainer at the filler opening traps contaminants before they enter the tank, which prevents the nozzles and the pressure system from clogging during use.

Use and maintenance
Preparation for use
Fill the tank with the prepared solution, leaving around 2 litres of free space for the air cushion. Close the cap tightly and operate the pump handle 15–25 times until you feel resistance. Check for leaks before starting to spray.
Maintenance after use
After each use, rinse the tank and the entire system with clean water. Operate the pump a few times with clean water and run it through the nozzle to remove any chemical residues. Store in a dry place with the cap unscrewed to prevent moisture build-up.
Pressure control
A drop in pressure during use is normal. When the spray weakens, set the sprayer down and operate the pump handle a few times. Do not pump the tank to maximum – excessive pressure can damage the seals.
