Perforated sanding discs designed for drywall sanders. The P80 grit removes unevenness and thicker layers of material effectively while keeping the sanding process under control.
A P80 grit (approximately 201 µm) allows quick removal of thicker layers of plaster, filler and other finishing materials. It is used in the first stage of finishing work, before moving on to finer grits.
The hole pattern ensures effective dust extraction when working with an extraction system. It prevents the abrasive grit from clogging, extends the life of the disc and improves the quality of the sanded surface.
A standard size for drywall and wall sanders. Check the pad diameter of your sander before purchase – this parameter must match the dimensions of the tool.
A number of discs sufficient for medium and larger finishing projects. The bulk pack lowers the cost per disc and reduces the need to reorder consumables frequently.

The discs fit 190 mm drywall and wall sanders with a hook-and-loop backing pad and 8-hole dust extraction. Check the pad diameter and the hole pattern of your tool before purchase.
The disc is attached to the sander's backing pad by hook-and-loop. Make sure the pad surface is clean and dry. Press the disc down evenly across the whole surface, taking care that all perforations line up with the holes in the tool's backing pad.
Sanding plaster generates large quantities of fine dust that is harmful to the respiratory system. A dust extraction system connected to the sander significantly improves working conditions and reduces contamination of the room. The holes in the disc must line up with the holes in the sander's backing pad for dust extraction to be effective.
Replace the disc when the abrasive grit becomes worn or clogged with dust, which shows as reduced sanding performance and the material overheating. Clogged holes can be partly cleared with a brush, but after a time the disc loses its effectiveness and needs replacing.
