Sanding disc designed for fitting to drywall sanders, used for sanding and smoothing large flat surfaces. White aluminium oxide abrasive on a paper backing with hook-and-loop attachment.
Medium grit grade corresponding to a grain diameter of 100 µm. Used for smoothing surfaces after earlier sanding with coarser grit and for removing minor imperfections. It leaves the surface smooth enough for painting or further finishing.
White fused alumina is harder than standard brown aluminium oxide, which translates into a longer disc life. The synthetic resin bond provides a durable bond between the grain and the backing, as well as resistance to the heat generated during sanding.
The hook-and-loop fixing system allows discs to be changed quickly without tools. The hook-and-loop layer holds the disc securely during work and transfers pressure evenly across the whole working surface of the disc.
Standard size for drywall sanders. The large working surface allows large areas to be covered efficiently, which speeds up work when sanding walls and ceilings. Check the backing pad diameter of your sander before purchase.

The disc fits all drywall sanders with a 225 mm backing pad and hook-and-loop attachment. Check the backing pad diameter of your machine before purchase – this information can be found in the instruction manual or on the rating plate of the sander.
When fitting the disc, align it precisely with the sander's backing pad and avoid creating creases. Uneven adhesion shortens disc life and reduces sanding quality. During work, check the condition of the abrasive surface at intervals – clogged grain reduces efficiency and can cause the material to overheat.
P150 grit is recommended as the finishing stage after initial sanding with coarser grit (P80–P120). Using it directly on very uneven surfaces leads to rapid disc wear. After finishing work, store the discs in a dry place away from sources of moisture – moisture weakens the bond between the grain and the paper backing.
During sanding, wear respiratory protection (a dust mask of at least FFP2 class) and safety glasses. Sanding building materials generates a large amount of fine dust, which may be harmful to the respiratory system. Adequate ventilation of the room is also recommended, or the use of sanders with dust extraction.
