The KD4148 is a multi-functional kitchen appliance with a 2500 W motor and planetary gear mechanism, designed for domestic and semi-professional meat mincing. Thanks to its interchangeable attachments, it also works as a juicer, vegetable slicer, sausage stuffer and burger press.

Unlike a conventional shaft drive, the planetary gear mechanism distributes force evenly across the entire cutting mechanism. The 2500 W motor can process up to 4 kg of meat per minute. This figure matters when mincing larger batches — for example, preparing stocks of minced meat or stuffing — where lower-powered appliances slow down or require cooling breaks.
Touchscreen Display with Speed Control
The touch panel allows smooth adjustment of the operating speed, which is of practical value when processing different types of meat. Lean beef requires different settings from fatty pork or sinewy poultry — speed control lets you match the appliance's operation to the specific ingredient.

Use and Maintenance
The aluminium meat tray and ergonomic pusher make it easier to feed the ingredients in without any risk of your hands coming into contact with the cutting mechanism. Before first use, wash all parts that come into contact with food — the cutting plates, blade and tray — in warm water with detergent. The stainless steel blade and plates can be cleaned using the supplied cleaning accessories. It is advisable to avoid mincing meat with a high proportion of sinew without first cutting it into smaller pieces, which extends the service life of the blade and plates.
Compatibility with the Mains Electrical Supply
The appliance runs on 220–240 V, which corresponds to the mains standard in Poland and the countries of the European Union. Before plugging it in, make sure the socket is earthed and rated for a 2500 W load (a circuit breaker of at least 16 A is recommended).
