A tool that combines the functions of a plastic welder and a stapler for repairing plastic components. The kit contains 200 staples in four different shapes, so the joining method can be matched to the type of damage and the plastic concerned.
The electrodes reach working temperature within 3 seconds of switch-on, which shortens preparation time. A temperature of up to 600°C allows most common plastics used in everyday products to be melted and joined effectively.
The kit contains 50 staples of each of four shapes: open, closed, straight and wave. Each type is intended for a different kind of damage — open staples for joining edges, closed staples for filling voids, straight staples for linear cracks and wave staples for repairs requiring greater flexibility in the joint.
The built-in LED light makes it easier to position staples precisely at the repair point, particularly when working with small components or in poor light. This improves the accuracy of the joint and reduces the risk of damaging the material.
This parameter defines the range of staple widths that can be fitted in the tool. A width of 13-15 mm corresponds to standard plastic repair staples, ensuring compatibility with most replacement staples available on the market.

Used for joining two separate components or edges. The staple ends spread outwards, increasing the contact area and the strength of the joint in repairs that require high bonding force.
Intended for filling holes and voids in the material. The inward-pointing ends provide better anchorage in the base material, which works well when repairing surface damage.
Versatile staples for repairing linear cracks — both horizontal and vertical. The straight shape makes it easier to position them precisely along the crack line and ensures even distribution of stress.
Wave-shaped staples increase the flexibility of the joint and absorb mechanical stress. They are used in areas exposed to vibration or slight deformation of the material.
The complete plastic repair kit contains:
Before starting work, clean the plastic surface of dirt and grease. For deep cracks, lightly chamfering the edges is recommended, as this increases the contact area between the staple and the material. Once the staple is placed in the tool's holder, wait 3 seconds for the electrodes to heat up.
Press the staple into the repair point until it melts into the base material to a suitable depth. The protruding ends can be trimmed with the side cutters and then smoothed with the heated tip of the tool. The 155 cm cable length gives you freedom of movement during stationary work without the need for an extension lead.
When work is finished, place the tool on a stable, non-flammable surface to cool. Do not touch the electrodes immediately after switching off the power — a temperature of 600°C is maintained for several tens of seconds. The carry case protects the kit from damage and makes it easier to store the accessories.
