A pneumatic workshop jack with a 22-tonne lifting capacity, designed for raising heavy vehicles in industrial conditions. Compressed-air power removes the need for manual pumping, delivering fast, repeatable lifting of buses, trucks and construction machinery.
Compressed air at 7.5–8.5 bar (0.75–0.85 MPa) delivers fast lifting with no physical effort. A workshop compressor with an output of at least 200 l/min is required for stable operation.
A structure reinforced for industrial loads safely lifts buses, trucks with a GVW of up to 22 tonnes and construction machinery. Safety factor of 1:2 in line with workshop standards.
The base lifting height is 220–435 mm (ram stroke 135 mm). An extension screw with 80 mm of travel allows precise adjustment, while the supplied adapters extend the range by 20 mm (minimum height) and 100 mm (maximum height).
Two wheels fitted to one side of the base make it easier to move the jack under a vehicle. The design allows one person to move the approx. 85 kg unit using a tilting technique.

Before connecting, check the pressure in the compressed-air supply — it should be 7.5–8.5 bar. Lower pressure extends the lifting time and may prevent the jack from reaching its full capacity. Connect an air hose with a diameter of at least 10 mm fitted with a quick-release coupling. Make sure the surface under the jack is firm, even and level — a deviation of up to 2° is acceptable.
Position the jack at the lifting point specified by the vehicle manufacturer (frame reinforcements, axle beams). Do not lift the vehicle by body panels, fuel tanks or gearboxes. Once lifted, support the vehicle on axle stands rated to at least 25 tonnes — a pneumatic jack is not designed to hold a load for extended periods. Never work under a vehicle supported only by the jack.
Every 50 operating hours or once a quarter, check the hydraulic oil level in the cylinder (sight glass). Top up with ISO VG 32 oil to the MAX mark. Every 6 months, grease the pivots and extension screw with lithium grease. Once a year, arrange a technical inspection covering the leak-tightness of the pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Store in the retracted position at a temperature above 0°C.
