A pneumatic tool designed for separating panels joined by spot welding or riveting. It is used in body shops and paint shops, as well as during car body repairs.
The tool delivers 4,500 blows per minute, which translates into fast separation of spot welds and rivet removal without excessive damage to the material. This parameter determines how efficiently body panels can be dismantled.
The housing is made of durable plastic with non-slip rubber inserts and provides a secure grip during work. Its compact design allows access to hard-to-reach areas typical of body structures.
The 1/4" thread is a universal standard in compressed air systems. The tool can be connected to most workshop compressors without the need for additional adapters.
The four supplied chisels in different shapes allow the tool to be adapted to the task at hand — from precise separation of individual spot welds to the removal of larger riveted joints.

The tool requires a compressor with a minimum output of 113 l/min at 6.3 bar. Compressors with a higher output (150-200 l/min) are recommended to ensure stable operation without pressure drops. The standard 1/4" inlet is compatible with most workshop systems. Before connecting, check that the air hose has a suitable internal diameter (min. 8 mm) — a hose that is too narrow will restrict the airflow and reduce the efficiency of the tool.
Before starting work, make sure that the compressed air system includes a moisture separator — condensed water can damage the hammer's internal mechanism. Regular oiling of the tool with a dedicated pneumatic oil fed through the air inlet is recommended (a few drops before each use).
During work, select the appropriate chisel shape for the task. Blunt or damaged chisels should be replaced, as they reduce effectiveness and can put excessive strain on the mechanism. After finishing work, it is worth blowing the tool through with compressed air to remove contaminants from the inside.
Storing the tool in a dry place and periodically checking the condition of the seals and rubber inserts extends the service life of the device. If the blow power decreases, check the pressure in the system and the condition of the air filter in the compressor.
