A compressed-air driven ratchet wrench designed for professional use in vehicle workshops and industry. Fitted with a rotating mechanism delivering 80 Nm of torque and a 1/2" drive for compatibility with standard impact sockets.
The parameter that determines tightening force, sufficient for fitting and removing components on passenger cars and for light workshop tasks. A value of 80 Nm allows effective work with M10-M14 bolts without the risk of damaging the thread.
The 1/2" (12.7 mm) standard is the most versatile size in vehicle workshops. It ensures compatibility with a wide range of impact sockets available on the market, as well as adequate strength for the loads encountered at torques of up to 80 Nm.
The rotation direction switch allows both tightening and loosening without having to reposition the tool. The mechanism provides fast changes of working direction, which shortens the time needed for service operations.
A system that locks the socket onto the drive prevents it from accidentally falling off during work. Particularly important when working in vertical or overhead positions, where a loose socket could pose a hazard.

The air ratchet wrench must be connected to an air compressor of adequate output. The recommended working pressure is 6-6.3 bar (87-90 PSI). Before connecting, check that the air installation is fitted with an air filter and a lubricator to ensure lubrication of the internal mechanism. The hose diameter should be at least 8 mm, and its length should not exceed 10 metres to avoid pressure drops.
The tool works with all impact sockets with a 1/2" drive. Only impact sockets (with reinforced construction) should be used, as standard sockets may be damaged during pneumatic operation. The typical socket range used with this model is 10-32 mm.
Regular maintenance of the air ratchet wrench extends the service life of the mechanism and keeps its working parameters stable. Before each use, introduce 3-4 drops of pneumatic oil through the air inlet. After finishing work, it is advisable to blow the tool through to remove any remaining moisture and contaminants.
Periodically check the condition of the seals and the reversing mechanism. If power drops or unusual noises appear, the rotor vanes and the working chamber must be inspected. The tool should be stored in a dry room, away from sources of moisture.
