Wire stripper features
Automatic self-adjusting mechanism
The jaws self-adjust to the cable diameter, eliminating the need to set the tool by hand. The mechanism detects the cable thickness and automatically regulates the clamping force, which prevents damage to the copper conductors during stripping.
SK5 steel jaws
Heat-treated SK5 tool steel offers increased hardness and wear resistance. This material ensures long-lasting sharpness of the cutting edges and maintains cutting precision even under intensive use.
1.0-3.2mm² cross-section range
The supported cross-sections correspond to cable with outer diameters of approximately 2.0 to 4.5mm. The range covers the typical installation cables used in domestic and industrial installations, including YDYp, H05VV-F and H07V-K cable.
Non-slip handle
The two-component plastic handle with a soft outer layer provides a stable grip during work. The ergonomic shape reduces hand fatigue when stripping insulation repeatedly and allows precise control of the tool.

Use and maintenance
Checking cable compatibility
Before stripping insulation, make sure that the cable cross-section is within the 1.0-3.2mm² range. The cable cross-section is usually marked on the insulation, or it can be checked with a micrometer. Attempting to strip insulation from cable outside this range may damage the conductors or the tool.
Maintenance of the jaws and mechanism
After use, remove any insulation residue from the mechanism. The jaws should be cleaned periodically with a degreaser and the condition of the blade checked. The moving parts of the mechanism can be lightly lubricated with machine grease, avoiding contact between the grease and the cutting edges.
