A ball end hex key is an assembly tool designed for tightening socket head screws in areas with limited access. Model YT-1530 has a diameter of 2 mm and a length of 75 mm, making it suitable for precision work in mechanics, electronics and assembly.
The ball end allows the key to be used at an angle of up to 25 degrees to the screw axis. This makes it possible to tighten screws in places where straight access is impossible, without any loss of torque.
The CrV steel alloy provides a hardness of 58-62 HRC, which translates into resistance to twisting and wear. The addition of vanadium increases the structural strength of the material while maintaining its flexibility.
The 2 mm diameter complies with the ISO 2936 standard for M2.5 socket head screws. The 75 mm length allows work in deep holes and assembly channels while maintaining the stability of the tool.
The hexagonal cross-section of the handle allows a socket or adjustable spanner to be used to increase torque. The profiling also prevents the tool from slipping off the working surface.

Before use, make sure that the size of the key matches the dimensions of the screw socket. A 2 mm key is intended for socket head screws with a 2 mm internal socket, most commonly used in M2.5 fastenings. Selecting the wrong size will damage both the tool and the screw head.
The ball end allows the key to be used at an angle, but maximum torque is achieved when the key is positioned perpendicular to the screw. When tightening at an angle, less force should be applied to avoid damaging the ball. For final tightening, the key should be aligned with the axis of the screw.
After use, clean the key of any contamination and dry it. Periodic lubrication with a thin layer of oil protects against corrosion. The tool should be stored in a dry place, separately from other keys, to avoid mechanical damage to the tip.
