Kraft&Dele KD5294 850W Bandsaw
A stationary bandsaw designed for precise cutting of wood and wood-based materials. It handles straight, rip and angled cuts thanks to a steplessly tilting 305×305 mm work table. The machine is protection class I and powered from a 230 V mains supply.
Machine features
Tilting work table with angle scale
The 305×305 mm table tilts steplessly, allowing any cutting angle to be set. The angle scale enables repeatable settings without the need to measure each time. The quick-locking system cuts set-up time.
Rip fence and mitre fence
The rip fence with quick lock allows repeatable rip cuts at a constant width. The mitre fence with angle adjustment enables precise cross and angled cuts — useful when working on strips, frames and structural components.
Constant blade speed and blade specification
The no-load speed is 1500 rpm. The 1400 mm long, 7 mm wide blade ensures stable cutting. The S1 motor rating means continuous operation without the breaks a duty cycle would require.
Safety and dust extraction
The safety on/off switch prevents accidental start-up. The dust extraction port allows a workshop vacuum or dust extractor to be connected, which reduces dust at the work station. Protection class I means the machine is earthed.

Noise level and health and safety requirements
A sound pressure level of 75.6 dB(A) at the work station is close to the threshold at which hearing protection is recommended for work lasting more than a few hours a day. Under health and safety regulations, hearing protection is required for exposure above 80 dB(A) over 8 hours. With shorter working sessions the risk is lower, but it is still worth wearing protection as a precaution.

Use and maintenance
The machine is intended for use in dry rooms only — an IPX0 rating means it is not resistant to moisture. Disconnect the machine from the mains before adjusting the table or changing the blade. Replace the 7 mm wide blade with one of identical dimensions — using blades with different specifications may affect cut quality and safety at work.
The dust extraction port should be connected to a workshop vacuum or dust extractor compatible with the standard outlet. Regularly removing sawdust from inside the housing and from the blade guides extends the service life of the machine and reduces the risk of fire.
